Our customers are real estate companies with the need of collecting high quality meter values with easy administration. Our solutions provide meter data every minute to cover all needs within the industry.

A common real estate company has either apartments in individual properties or properties in larger residential areas. Elvaco provides solutions based on customer needs. We offer everything from overall concepts to delivery of masters and meters. 

Elvaco delivers preprogrammed communication equipment with standard enclosure for fast and easy installation in the field.

We also deliver all additional equipment needed for a running installation, such as meters for water, electricity and indoor temperature. 

The display and message function make our M-Bus temperature sensor unique.

Technical solutions

All products from Elvaco are following established standards, which mean that they can replace any similar standard product in an installation without being dependent of a certain supplier.

Our products are using the European standard M-Bus for communication. A wide range of meters are following the M-Bus standard, which mean that new functions can easily be added to existing installations.

The infrastructure is built on communication centrals with transparent TCP/IP communication. The centrals can be equipped based on different needs and can handle up to 256 M-Bus slaves per TCP/IP unit. The centrals are complete and equipped with a circuit breaker. They only need to be connected to a ethernet cable, M-Bus wire and voltage supply.

Our products are able to deliver correct data to a billing system or database for meter values without expensive server software systems.
