Elvaco offers temperature and humidity sensors, both for indoor and outdoor environments. The product line enables simple and cost-effective metering, which enables a more effective use of energy and a better real-estate climate. Sensors are available with M-Bus, Wireless M-Bus or LoRaWAN communication, as well as with or without display.
Elsys ELT Distance radar LoRa - Outdoor sensor
ELT Distance radar LoRa integrates the ELT2 sensor with ELSYS radar module, providing advanced distance measurement capabilities. The radar module is seamlessly housed under the lid, ensuring a compact, discreet design with no protruding parts. Enclosed in an IP67-rated housing, the sensor is built for outdoor installations and challenging environments. It is ideal for applications such as distance measurement, level monitoring, smart parking, and more. Additionally, the device measures ambient temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and acceleration. It offers a measurement range of 0.15 to 15.0 meters. The sensor employs pulse-coherent radar technology to measure the distance to the nearest target by emitting a high-frequency pulse and analyzing the returned signal. It offers selectable distance-measuring algorithms, allowing adaptation across various applications. The high-frequency operation enables measurements through materials such as plaster walls or the ability to install the product in additional protective housing. The module includes an internal lens to achieve a narrow detection range, and the reported distance is calibrated to reflect the distance from the top of the module lid to the target. The battery life is estimated to be up to 5 years with default settings but depends on sample interval, transmit interval, data rate, and environmental factors. It is powered by one 3,6V AA lithium battery. All our sensors are equipped with NFC for easy configuration with an Android phone. You can change the sample rate, data rate, encryption keys, triggers, activation, and much more in our application “Sensor settings“. All our sensors are built on the LoRaWAN® stack from Semtech.
