The CMeX20 is an M-Bus module for remote meter reading, which communicates with ABB meters of the types B21/B23/B24. The CMeX20 communicates with the ABB meter via IR interface for high-performance data acquisition, eliminating the need for further wiring between the devices. 

The CMeX20 enables users to optimise their remote meter reading whereby they integrate data into their remote meter reading system via an M-Bus wire. The CMeX20s easy installation, modular design and reliable data transmission make it an ideal addition to smart metering.

CMeX20 - External MCM for ABB B21/B23/B24

CMeX20 is an external meter connectivity module used to collect meter data from an ABB B21/B23/B24 electricity meter and deliver it to a receiving system by M-Bus. The MCM communicates with the ABB meter through IR and will initiate collection of data immediately after start-up. CMeX20 has a modular design, which makes it easy to extend an existing installation if needs are changing.
