Elvaco Edge offers versatile power supply options and is an industry-leading battery-powered gateway for wired and wireless meters. Easily connect any M-Bus meter conforming to EN 13757 (EN1434) and OMS. The integrated M-Bus Master supports up to 4 meters (4T) as default. Alternatively, select a model including an internal M-Bus Master module for up to 128 meters (128T). For wireless deployments, Elvaco Edge can receive data from over 1000 wireless M-Bus meters. The gateway communicates through the mobile network using LTE-M or NB-IoT.

Elvaco Edge can be powered by a power supply unit (PSU) or battery. For battery-powered gateways, the lifetime is up to 16 years under optimal conditions. Thanks to its high wireless M-Bus sensitivity, the gateway performs reliably even in challenging environments. External antennas can be added to further improve both wireless M-Bus reception and cellular connectivity. IP65-rated models are also available for outdoor installations, designed to withstand harsh weather conditions.
